Crazy flares/bell bottom rave pants from the early 2000's, made by the brand Groggy Clothing Industry, made in China. Grey polyester/cotton blend material, awesome details all throughout. Zippers down both sides, velcro knee coverings, added layer on the back of the legs, contrast orange stitching throughout.
